Utilities Included : Electricity and water are included in the booking, so you won’t have to worry about additional expenses during your stay. 2. Swimming Pool : Enjoy the 8-meter swimming pool, complete with sun beds and a sunbathing area for sunset views. 3. About the Home: This rare 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwashing sink, utensils, pots, frying pan, and more, so you can prepare both light and hearty meals. For those working remotely, the home features a strong private internet connection to ensure fast, reliable internet for long hours of work. The villa also features a large space to park cars (around 3-4 vehicles can be parked, perfect for friends to visit you). 4. Location and Surroundings: The home sits on large plot of land approximately (2,550 square meters), with nice restaurants nearby and convenience stores such as 7 elevens. Please Note : As this property is a home for short and long-term rentals, not a hotel, there are a few services we do not provide : Cleaning Services We do not offer daily cleaning, but you can arrange cleaning for THB 1,500 per session (including linen and towel change), you can contact us directly through social media or airbnb for assistance. We do provide free weekly cleaning for bookings 7 days. Breakfast We do not offer breakfast, but you can easily walk to the 7-11 nearby for a variety of options. Supplies We do not provide daily supplies such as tissues, garbage bags, etc.. after they run out from your usage. During your stay, you will need to visit the supermarket for these essentials. Conclusion : This home has 256 sqm in total usable area with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and 1 full kitchen. It is very well furnished with very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens and towels. The beautiful garden comes with an 8 x 4 meter pool and sun beds, perfect for a relaxing day. Other things to note Reminder: Daily cleaning service is not provided. If you would like cleaning, including bedding and towel changes, please inform the host to arrange this service for a reasonable fee of THB 1,500. For reservations made more than 7 days, weekly cleaning is included free of charge.
