The space Beautiful fully redone Historic 1890 Tipp Hill Home. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house with unfenced backyard central to many local eateries and shops. A few sets of steps leads up into a bright entryway. Walk into the home, and you will find the dining room straight away, with living room and full bath and laundry and kitchen on first floor. Up the winding stairs to the second story you will find the three bedrooms, and full bath with soaking clawfoot tub. No driveway. Guest access The entire home and backyard is accessible to you during your stay. There is a door in the kitchen leading to the basement, that is owner access only. To maintain the safety and respect to the surrounding neighborhood, we do not allow smoking or drugs of any kind in the home. And no firearms or weapons. We care about our neighbors and neighborhood. Please keep loud volume in home down after 10pm and before 7am. There are no parties or events allowed in home or on the property. Please no guests on property or in home without prior host approval. No overnight guests not currently on the reservation. If there is any evidence of drugs in the home, or evidence of a party during your stay there will be issued a $250- $500 extra fee, and will cause early eviction with no refund of any sort provided. Stairs are a little bit steep in home and unable to be baby gated. Please take that into consideration before booking this home. ***Please keep in mind, there is no driveway at this property but there is a lot of street parking. we are on an even odd parking system. one day parking will be on one side of the street until 5:59pm and then it switches over to the other side of the street until the next day at 5:59pm.
