The expansive deck offers a covered gazebo, bar, grill, hot tub, and views for miles! This large property provides room to roam on over 10 acres! Just minutes from Keuka Lake State Park (boat launch, beach, hiking trails), Keuka College, as well as dozens of wineries, breweries/cideries, & restaurants! The space Full house with 2 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, living room, dining space and laundry! Main bedroom has king bed with a workspace, 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a futon. Bathroom has oversized tub/shower, vanity and toilet. Living space with large couch and TV. Inside dining table with bench and 4 chairs. Kitchen with full size fridge, gas over & stovetop, microwave, toaster over and coffee maker! Bunk house has twin & queen bed and a full sized loft bed- a kid favorite! And it is also air conditioned! “Outhouse” adjacent to bunk house has toilet with seat, running water/sink and electricity! Property also has RV hook ups! (Inquire for details!) Guest access DECEMBER GUESTS... IN THE EVENT OF EXCESSIVE SNOW, ACESS TO THE PROPERTY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED! IN THE EVENT OF SUCH AN UNPREDICTABLE OCCURANCE, WE ASK THAT THE GUEST REQUEST TO CANCEL AND A FULL RFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Other things to note Pets are welcome! There is an invisible fence installed and the collar attachment can be provided upon request. We will also provide some complimentary supplies for your stay! Please note there is a non-refundable pet fee and pet must be disclosed in order to receive these items. Please inquire for RV hook up information. It is important to disclose all guests and pets during your visit. Otherwise, appropriate amount of linens and towels may not be available. You will also miss out on included host gifts and pet perks!
