A stop in Buti

Bright and cozy room with independent entrance in the village of Buti, at the foot of Monte Serra, surrounded by olive groves, history and tradition. The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany: we are about 25 km from Pisa, 25 km from Lucca, 40 km from Livorno and 60 km from Florence. From here you can also easily reach the sea, lakes and trails for scenic excursions. The village offers generous typical cuisine and a slow and genuine life. The space The room is located in the highest part of the village, near the Tonini Castle, inside a village house. It is accessed from a small private courtyard that leads directly to the entrance of the room and the terrace overlooking the village; the sound of the stream will accompany you throughout your stay. The room is a small haven of peace: there is a bathroom inside, a French bed, air conditioner, coffee machine and kettle, a small refrigerator, and a folding table to work or have coffee. Within walking distance you will find the castle, the main square, restaurants and trails. Ideal for travelers and hikers. Guest access Guests can access a terrace shared with me, the owner: a quiet space to read, rest, dine and have a chat. During your stay During your stay, you can contact me by phone when I am not at home. Other things to note As is often the case in Tuscan villages, it is not possible to park in front of the house, but there are two free public parking lots about 200 meters away; you will receive the locations within 24 hours of your arrival. The ideal is to arrive calmly and enjoy the relaxed pace of the place, made up of climbs, views and village life. From April 1, 2026, the Municipality of Buti will charge an accommodation tax of €2.00 for the first 5 nights of stay, which will be included in the final price of your booking.
