Room in a mountain house

If you are looking to relax in a family atmosphere, surrounded by nature and enjoy a unique moment, with your family, friends, alone or as a couple. You will like to stay in our facilities. We offer a room in a very quiet family home, with a private bathroom, with the possibility of accommodating two to three people, adult or child, (upon prior request), and with an additional cost for it. We accept quiet and well-behaved pets up to 10kg. Pets are not allowed in the pool. For the sole and exclusive use of the owner and his family, where a room with a private bathroom is rented for guests who meet all the owner's requirements. We are not naturists and the house's outbuildings are not adapted to the practice of nudism. Pets up to 10kg that are well-behaved are accepted. Pets are not allowed to enter the pool, nor to use the bed or sofa. Their needs will be taken care of outside the house and their owner will be responsible for it. Parties or gatherings that disturb the peace and quiet of the owner and neighbors are not allowed. In summer you can use the outdoor areas, until midnight, always respecting the schedules. Any meeting with more than 6 people must be consulted with the owner in advance. For example, a barbecue with family or friends. The guest will take care of all the waste generated, as well as everything they are going to consume, which is exclusively their responsibility. It is very important that you go to the supermarket. If your arrival is after 8:00 pm and you do not have time to go to the supermarket, you can make a small list, and I will do the shopping for the first night and then you can reimburse me by showing the receipt. If you have any specific requests, please let me know as soon as possible. The pet will not be left alone in the house under any circumstances. The refrigerator is shared, so respect the space that is adapted for your use. I have shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand moisturizer. Cleaning products are for the exclusive use of the house. To wash your clothes you can use the washing machine, but you have to have the soap and softener. The property is not 10 minutes from Barcelona, we are 30 minutes by car without heavy traffic, and on holidays and or vacations. By bus and/or trains it usually takes more than 1 hour. Check the taxi price before everything. Check the public transport schedule, tickets are purchased at the machines at any metro stop in Barcelona, train stations and at the airport in both T1 and T2.
