The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, and it is very close to everything, in an area with two large parks for children, supermarkets, fashion stores, cider houses, and local restaurants. There is a health center very close by, about 500 meters away, as well as several pharmacies. We have natural gas heating and plenty of very hot water; there are radiators in all the rooms of the house, including the bathroom. We also have a washing machine, a clothesline, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a washing machine and clothesline (free) and a fully equipped kitchen, with a ceramic stovetop, oven, and microwave oven and a large combi refrigerator, with a large freezer, in addition to all the necessary utensils for its use, plates, cutlery, glasses and etc. On request we can provide a high chair, and also a crib for babies up to 3 years old, portable type, well equipped with a mattress and crib linen. Guest access As a full rental apartment, you will enjoy all the rooms in the house, we also have lockable storage rooms on the ground floor, so you can leave baby strollers and other things you do not want to bring up to the apartment.
