Sea view and King size bed

Our spacious and cozy apartment has an ocean view, equipped kitchen, washing machine, "King size" bed, air conditioning and blackout in its 3 bedrooms, internet, internet, study area and cable TV. Located 100 meters from the Hilton hotel and surrounded by the sea, restaurants, beaches, pedestrian walks, swimming pools, the apartment is located in a very safe area of Cartagena called "El Laguito" where multiple tourist activities are easily accessible. The space The apartment is spacious and can easily host 7 guests if 2 people are willing to share a semi-double bed (which is little narrower than a double bed) in the third bedroom. You'll have access to 20 megabyte internet in the whole apartment, and cable TV both in the principal bedroom and in the living room. The principal bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a private bathroom. You'll find another bathroom in the hallway. All three bedrooms are equipped with A/C. Behind the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find a small space equipped with a washing machine where you'll be able to do the washing and hang the humid clothes to dry them. If you come by car, you'll have a reserved parking spot in the secure parking lot of the building. If you want to go for a swim, without coming out of the compound, you can use the building's pool which is shared with all people living in the building or renting apartments simultaneously with you. The pool can be used between 8am and 6pm. Guest access In addition to the interior of the apartment, you will have access to all the common areas of the building, including the pool: daily between 8am and 6pm) and the small park in its back area. They will also be able to make use of our private and secure parking space inside the building if they arrive with a car. (It is possible to rent cars directly at the airport departure on the left.) Other things to note - IMPORTANT: due to the corona virus situation, Cartagena has adopted various measures to contain the pandemic. The building in which the apartment is located has also implemented its own biosafety protocol. Additionally, swimming pool must be booked beforehand. - Registration of the whole group (with ID or Passport for non-Colombian citizen) at reception is a pre-requisite to enter the apartment. This has a cost of 25.000 Colombian pesos (8 dollars approximately, independently of the number of guests and the length of the stay) payable in cash at reception, as part of the building rules. - Minors must be accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian (legal guardians must be in possession of due paperwork). - It is required to always carry identification documents each time you enter the building (receptionists are authorized to ask for ID document upon entrance) - Only guests on reservation will be allowed access. - Early check-in (before 3pm) will be accepted if there are no reservations on the same day. - Check-out is before 11am.
