Design Studio with large exclusive terrace! Smart Vila Madalena is located in a noble neighbourhood of São Paulo, less than 3 minutes walk from the subway station Vila Madalena. It is a complete apartment with 1 Queen Size bed and all necessary itens to live alone or in a couple, with great facilities, as Swimming Pool and Gym, Table-Tennis, Billiard and a Laundromat. Ask for better discounts for long term contract. The space It is a perfect comfortable space for one or two people! All the spaces are carefully design to have an optimal use of space. You will find everything that you need for living, paying a very fair price for the location. The building has 24h security guards. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and all facilities in the building (pool and gym should be reserved in advance during Corona times), except for garage (but you can hire it separately here from someone). Check in 3PM (AirBNB default, ask me if you need it different) Checkout at 11am, but ask me if you need more. If I don't have new guests entering in the same day, for sure we can be flexible on your checkout time. Other things to note For the ones that will rent more than 15 days: Additional apartment cleaning will be provide every 15 days. Each cleaning will be paid from the guest direct to the cleaning ladie. The cleaning cost 170 Reais each time. Thank you
