Nice single room, Wi-Fi connection, 90 cm x 190 cm bed, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms available to share. Good location, 3 minutes walking to the metro station (Juan de la Cierva), bus stop, 15 minutes from the Renfe Getafe central (4 stops from downtown Madrid) and a 10-minute walk from Universidad Carlos III. All services are located in the vicinity, supermarkets, pharmacy, gyms, etc. The space The room is in a shared apartment and you may coincide with other guests. Your resting space is about 15 square meters. It has very good lighting. Guest access You can use the common areas, such as the living room, dining room, and TV.
