Welcome to Nature’s Peak Wayanad—our Scandinavian-style glass cabin set on a private fenced farm with a plunge pool. The main cabin has 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom, and there’s a separate outhouse 20 ft away with a king bed and private bathroom. The entire space is exclusively yours. Enjoy our private viewpoint (short, steep hike). Our on-site caretaker family offers delicious home-cooked meals at extra cost, with 5-star service loved by guests. The space PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Main Cabin has 2 bedrooms (a/c) + single common bathroom, the second bathroom+3rd bedroom(non a/c) is in outhouse (20 ft. from the main cabin) Complimentary Service: - Daily housekeeping service Available - A washing machine and dryer are available near the parking area. - If you prefer, you can leave your laundry with our caretaker, and he will wash/dry it for you. - If you want your car cleaned/water washed, please let our caretaker know. - Our caretaker will handle luggage from the car parking to the main cabin Living Room (Air-Conditioned) - 65-inch Sony Bravia TV with Sony surround sound + OTT access Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor - Air-Conditioned): - Queen-size bed Bedroom 2 (Loft - Air-Conditioned): - King-size bed + King-size floor mattress (6 inch comfortable floor mattress) - This bedroom is loft-style and does not have a door. It’s designed to be open for a more airy, connected feel (Please note that as the loft bedroom is open the a/c will not be as effective during summer time, we have provided additional pedestal fans) Common Bathroom - The main cabin has only one shared bathroom. A second bathroom is available in the outhouse. Please supervise children, as the steps can be uneven. We provide a couple of camping chairs at the top, and recommend carrying water bottles and a flask with tea or coffee to fully enjoy the serene setting amidst lush greenery. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire 2-acre property, surrounded by lush areca plants, coconut trees, palm trees, and a variety of other trees. The estate is fenced for safety and privacy. A steep trail within the property leads to a breathtaking viewpoint overlooking the Wayanad forests, with the land sharing its boundary with a reserve forest. The climb is best suited for those with reasonable physical fitness, and children should be supervised. Other things to note A Few Things to Note During Your Stay Power & Connectivity: Being in a small town, occasional power cuts are common. We have an inverter backup that supports lights, fans, and the TV for your comfort. Voltage fluctuations can also occur—we appreciate your patience and understanding. (Note - Geyser, refrigerator and air conditioner will not work during power outage) Surrounded by Nature: Set amidst lush greenery, our property is home to birds, deers, and other wild life. Naturally, some insects may be present despite daily cleaning. We kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed to minimize their entry. Sustainability: For longer stays, sheets and towels are refreshed every 4th day to reduce environmental impact. Extras & Experiences:  • Cab rentals, night wildlife safaris, and BBQs can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.  • We can also recommend trusted Kerala Ayurvedic massage and wellness centers just 10 minutes from the villa. Housekeeping: Available daily on request. Let us know your preference—we’re happy to maintain the space or respect your privacy. Security: The outdoor areas are monitored 24x7 by CCTV for your safety. Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors, we are strict on this, if found smoking inside a fee of INR 10000 will be charged as cleaning and purification charges. Please use the balcony’s and outside sit-out area which have been equipped with Ashtrays. Decoration: Though we encourage people to celebrate special occasions in our beautiful villa, please refrain from using any sticking material like glue or tape on the walls for decoration. This is strictly not allowed
