Finally, it is possible to stay in Taormina's most iconic house! There is not a single visitor who does not take home a photo of this exclusive building. Now you can enter into its magic. Located in the most authentic neighbourhood of the city, overlooking the Naumachie, a short walk from the Greek-Roman Theatre and the public garden. The flat is bright and elegantly furnished, cosy and equipped with every comfort, and has a terrace that will be furnished for relaxation from April onwards. The space This beautiful flat features two large, elegantly furnished bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a living room with sofa beds, a kitchen, a dining room and a second bathroom. The property is completed by a terrace offering views of the town and Taormina Castle. Its location is ideal: opposite the entrance to the Naumachie, a stone’s throw from the Greek Theatre, the Palazzo dei Congressi, and the wonderful Public Gardens. For those who like to keep up with their exercise routine, there is also the historic tennis club, which has recently been refurbished. The main street is within easy reach without the crowds. There is a wide range of restaurants, and bars like the famous Bam Bar, and the evenings come alive with people dining in the narrow streets (the whole area is pedestrianised), creating a festive atmosphere. (There are no restaurants right outside the house!!). The flat is equipped with heating and air conditioning, and has large windows that make it bright and well-ventilated. The kitchen is well-equipped; you could live here for months and have everything you need. Above the flat there is a terrace that will be furnished for relaxation from April onwards (it depends on the weather). You will always find a large lava stone table for eight people and two sun loungers. Guest access The flat is on the second floor of an old building and therefore has no lift, but the stairs are wide and comfortable. As it is located in the heart of the pedestrianised historic centre, it is not possible to access it by car. Taxis can stop a few steps away from the front door.
