Comes with an ensuite bathroom and an attached Parking Free and safe Parking is available outside the villa Guest access Entire Villa Some ways we ensure that our guests are looked after: * Inverter in case of power outage or fluctuation to provide power back up Only basic light and fans will be functional on inverter) However, power outages or fluctuations, electrical issues due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. * Basic functional kitchen which includes a refrigerator, induction and is equipped with basic cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for quick snacks. We want you to relax and restrict heavy cooking by guest in house for safety and hygiene purpose. But in case child below 5 years and senior citizen we may allow you to cook basic requirements. * Housekeeping: A private housekeeper will be available on call to look after all housekeeping requirements till 9 pm * Quality Bed Mattresses, Fresh Linens, Fresh Towels along with a toiletry set consisting of shower gel and shampoo will be available for all rooms * For groups above 6 people, we will be provide floor mattresses, fresh linens, quilts, pillows and fresh towels. The Villa can accommodate upto 14 guests. - A refundable security deposit of Rs 5000/-will be collected and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. All guests must provide id proofs. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - We do not allow and strictly prohibit guests from any illegal activities including but not limited to use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, prostitution, pornography, sexual exploitation or any sort of gambling. In case of any illegal activities, the homestay management will immediately report to the local authorities.
