Center Island Location - Across the Street from the Beach!

Sorry, we do not have access to resort amenity cards. We enjoy the beach and grilling on our deck. There are great restaurants off island, on Lady’s Island and in Beaufort. Check out our notebook of menus in our coffee table. We rent by the week arriving Saturday to leaving the following Saturday. Enjoy what you have always envisioned an island should be! Drive by the boat dock filmed in 'Forest Gump' on the way to the island. Enjoy the large beautiful beach filmed in 'Prince of Tides.' Visit the area which inspires several local famous authors! Tastefully decorated, our townhouse condo is very spacious with an open living room, dining area, and kitchen area. The view from the wall of windows in the living room overlooks the marsh out to the marina. Beautiful sunsets! The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and master bath. Our townhouse villa has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. We prefer to rent to 2 people as our villa isn't appropriate for small children. NOTE, this is not a party house. We do not rent to parents who are renting for their underage children to stay!!! We do monitor how many people are staying in the villa and will have security remove tenants who do not abide by these rules. Fripp Island is a private, gated island with clean, uncrowded beaches which is wonderful for families or just to get away from stressful everyday life! It is a small island with diverse wildlife where you can watch the dolphins from the North shore, play golf at Lady's Island Country Club, or just relax on the beach - it is yours to choose! Be sure to visit nearby Beaufort's many restaurants, antique stores, bakeries, chocolate shops, and bistros or take a day trip to Charleston, Savannah, or to the outlet stores in Bluffton!
