Welcome to Sapphire Beach House!!!! This year, take the opportunity to escape to the tranquility of your private beach. Sunny mornings, crystal clear waters and a wonderful house on a 1.6-acre plot await you to enjoy every moment of your vacation! (Only the ground floor of 110 sq.m. is available) Please do not use this Wi-Fi to download or stream copyrighted material illegally. The space Sapphire Beach House is a spacious and fully furnished accommodation, accommodating up to 7 people (ideal for families and friends) and offers: 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 of which have their own bathroom with shower), 1 guest bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there are many parking spaces, a large courtyard with a tennis court, ping pong table, football goal and a grassy area. A few steps from the house lead to the serene, private beach. More specifically, all 3 bedrooms include air conditioning, closets, body towels and bed linen, plus a "welcome set" for the bathroom (with a toilet paper roll per bathroom, hand soap, mini shampoo and shower gel as well as a sewing set) for your convenience. A washing machine is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with: a four-seater table, a refrigerator, a kitchen with stoves, a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as all the necessary cutlery and cooking utensils to easily prepare your daily meals. Next to the kitchen is the living room, with a large, comfortable sofa ideal for relaxing, reading or watching TV. There you will also find a fireplace, which makes the house suitable for winter getaways by the sea! Heading to the courtyard, you will find beautiful flowers and trees, the tennis court, ping pong table and football goal. In addition, there is plenty of space with grass for sunbathing, yoga or exercise. A few steps away from the courtyard, the enchanting landscape of the sea stretches out, with easy access from the steps leading to your private beach. Where the calm waters of the bay meet the horizon. Time to enjoy every moment by swimming, relaxing and feeling the saltiness of the air on your skin. Guest access Sapphire Beach House, in addition to its amenities, is located in a particularly convenient location, with the possibility to explore the surrounding areas with a short drive. To the right, just 10 minutes away, is the village of Eretria, where you can discover the ancient history of the place, visiting the archaeological museum and the ruins of the ancient theater. Then take a stroll in the village for coffee or ice cream, and enjoy fresh fish and traditional flavors in restaurants by the sea. On the left, just 15-20 minutes away, is the charming city of Chalkida, the main meeting point of Evia, which offers entertainment for all ages, with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and parks. Don't miss a walk along the famous phenomenon of the "Crazy Waters" (Euripus Current), under the bridge, where the waters are constantly changing direction! Returning home at night, thanks to the quiet location away from the road, you can isolate yourself from any distraction and enjoy the view of the sea, the starry sky and the city lights at the bottom of the bay, from the ideal spot in front of the courtyard.
