The main house is 130 m’ Master Bedroom- Features a comfortable double bed and a next door bathroom. Second Bedroom- Offers two single beds that can easily be converted into a double bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. Third Bedroom- Comes with a double bed and a large workspace. A beautiful bathroom is conveniently located between the last two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom The small 30 square meter unit (opens for use by more than 7 guests for no charge or at your request for an additional fee) There is a double bed, a spacious closet and a private bathroom. Just two steps from the kitchen of the big house All bedrooms include spacious wardrobes, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Kitchen & Dining A well-equipped kitchen with a cozy table for morning coffee and just a step from the kitchen you’ll find large dining table for delightful dinners. Living Room Relax on the big comfy sofa while enjoying your Favorite movies on the large smart TV, playing games together or just reading a book . Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not for use. Perfect for Families and Friends Our home is ideal for family vacations or groups of friends looking to unwind together. Once you arrive, you can stroll left or right to find a lovely spot to set up your parasol in the sand and enjoy the refreshing waters. Guest access All the space is at your disposal. The main house can accommodate up to 7 guests. The separate small unit opens for you in one of two cases: 1. You are more than 7 guests then there is no additional charge 2. If you are 7 guests or less and you request to use it then there is an additional charge. The small unit is not rented separately so when you stay with us the entire fenced area is exclusively yours Other things to note The property can accommodate up to 9 guests. 7 in the main house in three bedrooms. And another 9 in a small guest unit just two steps from the main house. The unit opens in one of two cases: 1. You have made a reservation for more than 7 guests, then the use of the unit is free of charge. 2.
