The house features a clean, aesthetic design with 4 bedrooms (including a separate guest unit)—a space designed to simply breathe and feel at home. New for our guests: We are currently building a swimming pool, which will be ready by early April. Guests visiting from April onwards can enjoy it as part of their stay! Until then, we continue to host with love and look forward to sharing the final result with you. The space Our Family Vacation Home Set on a private 2,200 sqm plot in Loukisia, our home is surrounded by a natural Mediterranean garden, offering total privacy and a quiet atmosphere. It is a space designed for families and friends who value aesthetics, comfort, and a peaceful escape. Coming soon: We are currently building a new pool in the garden, which will be ready for use by early April. We promise to upload photos of the finished area as soon as it’s complete. In the meantime, please feel free to ask any questions about its specifications. Inside the Main House (130 sqm) Bedroom 1: A peaceful room with a comfortable double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Features a double bed and a dedicated workspace. Bedroom 3: Includes two single beds; one of them opens into a full double bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. A second bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and spacious wardrobes. 4 Bedroom - Guest Suite (30 sqm) For groups of 7 or more (or upon request for an extra fee), we offer our spacious guest suite. Located just four steps away from the main house kitchen door, it offers complete privacy while remaining close to the heart of the home. It features a double bed, a private bathroom, and its own workspace. Living & Dining The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and features a cozy nook for morning coffee. Just steps away is a large dining table for shared dinners. In the living room, you can relax on the large, comfortable sofa and enjoy the Smart TV, play games, or read a book. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative only). Beach Access A 5-minute stroll through the olive trees leads you directly to the local beach of Loukisia. It is a natural and quiet spot, perfect for setting up your umbrella and enjoying the refreshing, clear water in a peaceful setting. Guest access All the space is at your disposal. The main house can accommodate up to 7 guests. The separate small unit opens for you in one of two cases: 1. You are more than 7 guests. 2. If you are 7 guests or less and you request to use it then there is an additional charge. The small unit is not rented separately so when you stay with us the entire fenced area is exclusively yours Other things to note The property can accommodate up to 9 guests. 7 in the main house in three bedrooms. And another 9 in a small guest unit just two steps from the main house. The unit opens in one of two cases: 1. You have made a reservation for more than 7 guests, then the use of the unit is free of charge. 2.
