Unsanitary lifestyles will no be tolerated. - Avoid noise that can disturb guests from the second floor and neighbors. - Cleaning of the kitchen is the guest's responsibility on a daily basis. - Make proper use of appliances and furniture. Any damage will be charged for. - Opening or forcing the garage door is prohibited. If you have problems with the keys or the house doors, please contact us immediately. We will be ready to help you at any time. - The place may not be used for work activities involving in person customer services or meetings. It is NOT allowed under any circumstances: - Consumption of any kind of drugs and hallucinogens. - High consumption of alcohol. - Parties or gatherings. - High levels of music and noise. - Bringing pets. Following the rules will ensure a smooth and safe experiencie for everyone. If your break the rules your booking will be cancelled with no refund. We are checking security cameras daily to ensure that rules are being followed. Additionally, we have the support of an authorized security guard to prevent the entry of people who are not part of the airbnb booking. Guest access The apartment is completely private. The entrance is from the main entrance of the house (ground floor), which is shared with the guests on the second floor. Each floor has its own independent entrance.
