Find yourself at peace in this perfect little house. With everything you need: a full kitchen, outdoor fenced in play area, dining area and plenty of privacy, you will find yourself feeling right at home. The space There is a play area right out front of the guesthouse, perfect for toddlers and babies . There is a side yard that is private and fenced just for the guests in the guesthouse’s use. The front house is a daycare on weekdays, but the children won’t be outside or visible to guests at any time from the guesthouse’s use. Service animals, (not including ESA as they are not qualified service animals) MUST be disclosed before booking. You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it, free of animal hair or animal business, as any extra cleaning due to the animal will be charged for accordingly at 50$ per hour. Other things to note Stays of over 14 days are allowed however a cleaning will be done at the cost of 100$ every two weeks. The air conditioner must be turned off whenever you leave.
