The Chalettino della Polsa

Small, in perfect Trentino style, the last house of the Polsa where the road ends before the beech forest in the Monte Baldo Natural Park. With a small terrace where you can eat outdoors in summer, two bedrooms, a kitchen with an induction hob and a solid wood bench around the table for winter gatherings. The "Chalettino" is just minutes from the Polsa ski slopes and right in front of the summer Adventure Park. Free parking in front of the house... The space The "Chalettino" is located on the ground floor of the "Al Bosco" residence, the last building of the Polsa Bassa. HEATING Warning: You can NEVER use the fireplace and wood-burning stove to heat the house. Neither can be turned on for regulatory reasons. The "Chalettino" is equipped with electric heating with two convectors in the living room, one for each other room and an additional transportable heater. In the middle of winter, it takes about two hours to bring the room to the right temperature (18 degrees) but once heated, the accommodation tends to keep the internal temperature quite well. The advice is therefore to heat at full power on arrival and maintain the temperature using the electric radiator (the larger one) at reduced power. Care must be taken because everything inside works with electricity: heating, induction cooker, hot water boiler, microwave, etc. When cooking or when heating the water for the shower, it is therefore necessary to reduce the power of the electric heating. DOUBLE BEDROOM The "Chalettino" has two bedrooms. The double bedroom has a window facing south, with an integrated mosquito net, a double bed with a new mattress, two bedside tables, and a solid wood wardrobe. SECOND BEDROOM It is equipped with a bunk bed with a ladder. In the second bedroom there is also a space for sports accessories: snowshoes, trekking poles, snow sled and you can keep skis, boots or even bring inside (if you want) one or two bicycles. ROOM The room is equipped with a three-seater sofa, a small library with volumes and books dedicated to Trentino, possible itineraries, and the Brentonico plateau. You will also find a flat-screen TV with remote control, a stylish display cabinet. DINING AREA The dining table is made of solid wood and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people thanks to the wooden bench in typical Trentino style. Right next to the table is the window with a direct view of the forest. KITCHENETTE The kitchenette is equipped with a new induction hob with two plates (installed in May 2025), with a sink and all the necessary cooking accessories (pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.). ORCHESTRA STALL The small terrace is a precious space. It is a few meters above a short sloping lawn, but it is beautiful to have lunch outside by bringing out either the large table or the small table (which is located in the bedroom). Here it is also possible to make barbecues using the electric grill supplied to the "Chalettino" and connecting it directly to the house. In the plateatico we have placed a handmade wooden bench on which it is nice to sip morning coffee or evening grappa. COMMUNAL GARDEN The entire building is surrounded by green spaces. There are two condominium gardens, one of which is very nice with a rustic swing positioned between two tall trees. Guests of the "Chalettino" can freely use the garden while respecting the neighborhood. PARKING In front of the building there is a large space partly paved and partly unpaved where you can park your car. Guest access All the space inside the "Chalettino" is available for guests. The same applies to the platea in front of the accommodation, bordered by a small wooden fence and stairs. The garden can be used freely while respecting the neighborhood. Alternatively, you can also collect and return the keys in person to Mori, stopping for a few moments at the intersection that leads to the road to Brentonico and La Polsa.
