The space Finca Xesca is nestled in the picturesque village of Biniaraix, between the highest peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains, and only about 2 kilometres from the charming village of Sóller. Entering the house, you will find a typical Majorcan "entrada”. From here, taking some steps up, you have access to the beautiful dining room and adjacent, full - equipped kitchen. The light - flooded living room, situated in the basement, with the access to the garden, is a relaxed space with comfortable sofas and an exceptional view of the pool terrace. On the first floor you will find a comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning and the view to the pool. Further, there are 2 modern bathrooms on this floor. The third bathroom has access from the pool terrace. On the second floor there are more two bedrooms, both are equipped with air conditioning. At the front of a house, the pool terrace, with a set of sun loungers, invites you to sit back and soak up the sunshine, overlooking the leafy valley. The large plot mostly planted with typical Mediterranean plants, bushes and olive trees has access through a private gate, and dispose of a private parking places for three cars. The pretty town of Sóller is about a 2 km drive away; here, you can enjoy exquisite restaurants that invite you to taste the local food and wine and an atmosphere of rural peace.
