I am dedicated to ensuring your comfort and enjoyment during your time here. My goal is to provide a welcoming environment and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all!"  Our casita is located in Santa Isabel Puerto Rico near shopping centers, restaurants, beautiful Beaches and attractions. Please review the guidebook for fun places to visit. We hope your stay is enjoyable, Mi casita es su casita!🇵🇷🇵🇷🏠🏠 Guest access You are able to utilize all areas of the property except the areas locked or labeled as the owner’s closet. Other things to note Check in message Saludos! All house rules are listed on the platform but you’re on vacation so let’s cover some key things designed to make your stay a smooth one!! CHECK IN/OUT TIMES: 🐸Check in is a 3pm and Check out is at 11am ENTERING THE HOME: 🐸The home is equipped with a smart lock, to enter please enter your assigned code which is THE LAST FOUR NUMBERS OF YOUR CELL PHONE. IMPORTANT: You can leave the bottom lock unlocked because who wants to carry keys on vacation? 🇵🇷🇵🇷 ☀️WIFI: Simply tap the WiFi port located in the living room to connect. You can also login to the Casita de Mami manually using password Welcome151 AIR CONDITIONER: 🐸The Casita usually stays pretty cool but feel free to turn on the living room AC once you arrive, it will cool off the entire home. We placed some waters for you in the fridge!! 🇵🇷 IMPORTANT: Please be sure to turn off all of the lights and air conditioning units when you are not occupying the property. POOL AREA (Luisa’s Pool): 👙All things pool including noodles, toys and towels are in the terrace right outside the pool area. Happy 🏊 swimming! 🇵🇷 IMPORTANT: Please follow all the safety rules posted. POOL LIGHTS: 🩱The pool is automatically on from 9am to 10pm. Feel free to turn on the pool lights for your nightly swims. There’s a white box near the filter, hit the switch and light it 🆙. OUTDOOR DINING: 🐸Cooking out? There is charcoal and lighter fluid available 🇵🇷 Enjoy outdoor dining in our six chair dining area located on the terrace. BAR AREA (Betty’s Bar): 🍷 We have a bar located right outside of the terrace, two barstools and enough cabinet space for your goodies. We have provided dominoes and playing cards for entertainment by you should BYOB. SMART TV: 🖥️There are smart televisions throughout the home, feel free to log in to your favorite apps. IMPORTANT: Please do not forget to log off of your accounts before you leave❤️ LAUNDRY: 🩳Washer, Dryer and complimentary detergent’s are available. Hope you like Gain 🌼 👔There are hampers throughout the home, feel free to use them and just leave all used towels there, our cleaning crew will take care of it!! You’re on vacation. POWER OUTAGES: 🐸Power outages are common on the island but no worries, we have a 26kw generator on the roof that will kick on in 15 seconds. Because can we really live without WiFI? IMPORTANT: Call us immediately to notify us of any power outages, we will provide instructions on the handling of the generator propane tanks. KITCHEN (Migue’s Kitchen): 🐸Electric stoves are common on the island but since we not common folks ours is gas. ⛽️. When lighting the stove, turn the knob and light carefully with a lighter (in kitchen cabinet). IMPORTANT: The kitchen is equipped with a carbon monoxide machine, as well as a fire extinguisher that can be located under the cabinet. FIRST AID: 🛟There’s a first aid kit under the bathroom cabinet. GARBAGE: 🏠Wednesday is garbage day. Bins with lids are located on side of the house. IMPORTANT: PLEASE place all trash INSIDE the bins and PLACE LID SECURELY ON the bin to keep the 🐜 ANTS away. CLEANLINESS: 🏠Please maintain the house clean at all times. ACCESSING GARAGE: 🚗Garage door opener can be used to access the home through the garage, please do not forget to leave it on the kitchen countertop before you leave. 🚗ARRIVING TO THE CASITA: Finding an exact address location in Puerto Rico can sometimes be challenging so we’ve made it easier for you to get to your destination. Simply click on the pin located on the app for driving directions CAMERAS: For security purposes there are cameras on the front and back premises.
