Executive loft in premium area

The loft is in an exclusive area of the city in a modern and new building, very near the best commercial zone in the city, and merely metres away from one of the cities major parks, La Carolina. The loft has plenty of natural light, which makes it a cozy space. We have a 0 discrimination policy, and are LGBTQ friendly. There is 24hr security. The space All the loft is for guest use. It is an open space with large windows and a great view of the city. The decoration is modern and functional. We hope to create a comfortable space, both for short and long term stays. Guest access The loft has a complete kitchen, with a table for four people, washing and drying machine. The bedroom space upstairs hosts a comfortable Queen bed and a flat screen tv, as well as closets. Up in the rooftop there's a sauna and a jacuzzi for guest use. There is a parking space in the property. Other things to note We offer transportation from and to the airport or bus station in a comfortable SUV for a small supplement, less than the one offered to public services in the city. We can also arrange tours and day trips with narration in English and insider knowledge.
