Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Description This wonderful apartment with lake views is located on the fourth floor, with an elevator, of a condominium located on the state road that connects Pettanasco to Orta San Giulio and Omegna. It is suitable for both short and long-term stays, and is perfect for families, couples or business trips. The house is comfortable for up to 4 people (the 5th person on request will sleep in an additional single bed in the bedroom) The space The kitchen, where there is a rectangular table with 4 chairs, is furnished with dishes, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. A set of knives, a manual dispenser for corn flakes, a kitchen scale, and a clothes drying rack are available for guests to use. The bathroom is equipped with a shower (measuring 140*80 cm) with a non-slip resin marble shower tray, 2 sinks, a washing machine, as well as a toilet and bidet. The bedroom consists of 3 single beds (2 fixed plus a pull-out bed that is used for the fifth person if requested), in the bedroom there is a double bed. In the living room there is a rectangular table with 6 chairs, a flat-screen TV (43-INCH 4K UHD) and 2 2-seater sofas. There is a garage and WIFI throughout the house with speeds up to 100 mb. To summarize, the apartment (82 square meters), accessible by elevator, consists of: a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and 2 bedrooms. On the terrace there is a living room (with a rectangular bench, 2 smaller square benches and a table with 4 chairs) thanks to which you can comfortably enjoy a wonderful lake view with a fabulous sun. The neighborhood Overview It is located in a condominium where there is currently a beauty center on the ground floor. On the left there is the Pharmacy and on the right a cheese shop, delicatessen and wine shop (Cusio Formaggi = to try because it has a lot of choice and has very good products); also 500 meters away there is the Conad supermarket (where the ATM is outside) Our apartment is located in a strategic position convenient for reaching the main places of interest of Lake Orta and Maggiore. The village of Orta San Giulio (with its island) is only 5 minutes away by car, in 30 minutes you can reach Stresa (and the Borromean Islands) and Arona, the town of Omegna is only 7 km away. Finally, Milan Malpensa International Airport is 50 km away. Pettenasco, (located halfway between the provinces of Novara and Verbania) a quiet town overlooking Lake Orta, offers several services: post office, newsstand-tobacconist, gas station, bar, restaurant-pizzeria and hairdresser. From our apartment, you can reach the lake promenade and the various free beaches in 5 minutes on foot. Getting around Our apartment can be easily reached by any means of transport: - CAR (which can be parked in the garage) - BUS (the stop is 200 meters away) -TRAIN (the station is 500 meters away) You can also use the bicycle to discover the unexplored places of Lake Orta, Maggiore, Ossola, Verbano and Valsesia with diverse and breathtaking views. This way you can get to know, learn, appreciate and love what the area has to offer: places, spaces, buildings and monuments, but also artisan and artistic products and those treasures that you don't notice when you go at higher speeds. You can take the BOAT (the stop is a 5-minute walk away) to reach Orta San Giulio, Pella and Omegna. It is also possible to reach the main tourist resorts or arrive from Malpensa airport with the NCC (RENTAL WITH DRIVER) This service is provided by my brother upon reservation, whose company is called NCC LAGO D'ORTA (in Pettenasco) At check-in, tourist information will be provided on how to spend your stay on Lake Orta in a fantastic way. In addition to the garage, there is the possibility of parking a second car in the parking lot under the house (if free).
