Enjoy the convenience of being centrally located to everything the city has to offer but tucked away in a charming neighbourhood. Our fully furnished older bungalow is full of character and designed to be a practical, welcoming base for travelers. The home itself is simple but thoughtfully equipped — perfect for families or longer stays. We aim to provide an affordable option for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a bit of homey charm during their stay. If you're looking for a modern hotel experience, this might not be the right fit — but if you’re after a practical, comfortable place with personality, we’d love to host you. Long-term rentals are welcome, and we’re happy to accommodate guests who need a reliable place to stay for extended visits. The house is complete with all linens (towels, tea towels, etc) and bedding. You'll find everything you need to enjoy your stay including a fully equipped kitchen, High-Speed Wi-Fi, Access to streaming video with Roku box (includes login to Disney) and DVD/Blue Ray player. This little home is cozy and clean so please do not show up expecting a 5* resort! 🙂 2 beds, 1.5 bathrooms, spacious open basement, laundry, and a small backyard space with BBQ. Kitchen includes an array of dishes, pots, small appliances (coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer etc.) and some cooking basics that you are welcome to use during your stay. -Parking for 1 Regular Size Car is outdoors at the back of the house. -NON SMOKING -quick walk to major bus routes and grocery store -20 minute walk to University of Winnipeg and downtown -Across from Green Space -Close to parks and splash pad - 5 min walk to public recreation centre - close to several school parks and playgrounds -House Equipped with playpen/travel crib, high chair and stroller. -Assortment of Puzzles, books and toys for small children *We will consider small well behaved pets on an individual basis. Plus Basement and Laundry. House temperature is regulated through a NEST thermostat. Set heat or air conditioning to your most comfortable temperature. Other things to note This is a dedicated Air Bnb, and not used as a private home so there are no personal effects, but plenty of useful amenities. Small storage space in basement is not enclosed. Due to some unfortunate past incidents, we will no longer accept occupants without previous rental history and reviews on Airbnb. Note: Garage is currently not part of rental. The Spring melt causes backyard, parking spot and lane to puddle. We’ll do our best to keep it maintained but often it is out of our control.
