Usage in the villa is generally modest, with the combined cost of electricity and water averaging around USD 125 per villa per week. The final amount is calculated based on actual meter readings. A refundable security deposit of USD 250 is kindly requested at check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages as well as electricity and water usage. It helps us maintain the villa in excellent condition, so you can fully relax and enjoy a comfortable, worry-free stay.
