Bookings made on or before July 1, 2025: Upon check-in, we kindly request a fully refundable cash deposit of USD 250. This deposit is for damage protection and to cover any utility costs during your stay. We believe in the responsible use of energy and water, which is why we have made these costs an additional charge. The energy consumption of the villa's inverter air conditioners, refrigerator, and other appliances is minimal, with average costs typically around USD 125 per week. At the end of your stay, we will finalize the amount based on meter readings and the actual rates of the utility companies.
