The space You will have access to the entire house in addition to the large back deck and small yard. Main floor living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. All bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. Two bedrooms have king size hotel quality mattresses with deluxe bedding. Very comfortable. The third bedroom has bunk beds. All rooms have closets. In the lower level basement area you will find the washer and dryer along with provided laundry soap. If there are more than 6 guests then we can provide an air mattress to put in the largest bedroom for an additional 2 people NOTE: There is an additional $30 charge per night per guest for every guest after 4 All guests must be registered for the full booking period, even if they only plan to stay for a portion of the trip. We cannot accommodate partial-night registrations or rotating guest lists. Guest access 24 hour access to the entire house. Come and go as you please. Other things to note We are not able to host guests who live in Chicago/ surrounding suburbs. You must be 21 years old to book. We do not accept 3rd party bookings ****Please read for no unhappy surprises:) 1. No smoking of any substance inside or outside. If you smoke please don’t book. We have a small storage room in the basement that we may need to access. I will of course send you a message if I need to get in there. Very rarely do I need to come in as I try to access in between guests if I need something. Also I would enter through the back lower level.
