One block walk to train. 10 minutes to CITY CENTER . 5 minutes to United Center - Concerts, Bulls & Blackhawks 2 train stops to trendy West Loop Randolph bars, restaurants and shops. The space You will have entire private access this historic 1886 Chicago Row house in addition to the large back deck and small yard. We are located in a residential neighborhood 4 miles from the city center. This is a residential city neighborhood. Free and easy street parking. Main floor living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. All bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. Two bedrooms have king size hotel quality mattresses with deluxe bedding. Very comfortable. The third bedroom has bunk beds. All rooms have closets. In the lower level basement area you will find the washer and dryer along with provided laundry soap. 6 people will be very comfortable. If there are more than 6 guests then we can provide an air mattress to put in the largest bedroom for an additional 2 people NOTE: There is an additional $30 charge per night per guest for every guest after 4 TO GET A TOTAL $ AMOUNT just put your total number of guests in your reservation details and you will see total charges before you have to commit to a booking. Guest access 24 hour access to the entire house. Come and go as you please. Other things to note We are not able to host guests who live in Chicago/ surrounding suburbs. You must be 21 years old to book.
