Simple, humble and compact environment with a planned design. The entire building is in top-of-the-line rustic porcelain, baseboards and countertops, and wood-grained porcelain flooring. Decoration with special burnt cement textures, lighting with LED effects, grounding in all electrical installations, rustic blinds, furnished. Our units are totally private and located in the Varjão neighborhood at the entrance to Lago Norte, or at the end of Asa Norte. The space The decor is versatile in a compact space and prepared according to the number of guests. We ask that you take a good look at the number of furniture items and how the guest will be organized. Most beds and sofas have an auxiliary bed underneath. Suitable for a maximum of one year for a couple with a small child. This unit comfortably accommodates up to the maximum number -1. After this quantity, the beds are arranged in improvised locations. We provide basic bed and bath linens, and we advise bringing extras for demanding guests. Guest access The entire space of the internal property is available for the flats and is totally private, without sharing. The guest has individual access through the building's hall and an exclusive key to lock their unit and another to the building's gate. Parking is external, below the building's windows. Other things to note Meals, parking, and air-conditioning are extra services. Access permission for periodic maintenance is not optional. When it comes to cleaning only, the guest may choose to clean themselves.
