Hosting up to 12 guests, the villa offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two king suites, a queen with lofted twin beds, and a double-bed room provide flexible arrangements for families or friends traveling together, ensuring both privacy and comfort. 2 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning while the other 2 bedrooms have fans.. Evenings unfold in the massive living room with its inviting sofas, around the long dining table for shared meals, or out on the terrace where conversations stretch into the night under the stars. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will enjoy full and exclusive use of Casa Parque Juárez. The villa is entirely yours to savor, with every space — from the luminous living areas to the rooftop terrace — reserved only for you. As part of HOLT’s commitment to hospitality, our trusted housekeeping staff will be on-site during daytime hours most days to keep the villa in impeccable condition. Should you prefer complete privacy, simply let our Guest Experience team know and we will adjust the schedule for your stay. From time to time, routine maintenance may be required to preserve the villa at the highest level of comfort and quality. When this occurs, we will always notify you in advance with the specific time and date. These services are essential to maintaining the home’s condition, though cleaning services can be declined at your discretion. In the event of an emergency, such as electricity, gas, flooding, heating, cooling, internet, pests, or any safety concern, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Other things to note During your stay at Casa Parque Juárez, we are pleased to offer breakfast prepared fresh each morning upon request for an additional fee. Please note that for same-day arrivals, breakfast will be available beginning on the second morning of your stay, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. The villa does not include on-site parking, though complimentary street parking can often be found around Parque Juárez, and several secure lots are within a short walk. For peace of mind, guests are asked to provide payment details for a security deposit or damage waiver before arrival. You may select the option that best suits you: a refundable deposit of \$500 USD held on your payment method and released after your stay if no damage is found, or a non-refundable damage waiver of \$53.50 USD, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, excluding house rule violations. We kindly remind guests to follow the hot tub jacuzzi guidelines provided at the property and in the listing photos. Improper use or damage to the jacuzzi will result in a \$500 USD fine. To complete your reservation, the booking guest must sign HOLT’s rental agreement, provide identification, and share contact details before arrival. Once received, we will send your personalized HOLT Boarding Pass with check-in instructions and property information. For your security, one exterior CCTV camera monitors the entrance of the villa. There are no cameras in any private or interior areas, and all recordings are deleted after 30 days. Casa Parque Juárez is delighted to welcome weddings, photo sessions, and other special events. Please contact us before booking to confirm details. Venue fees and additional deposits apply, calculated according to the number of attendees. The property can host up to 50 guests, including overnight stays. This is also a pet-friendly property. A \$50 USD sanitation fee per pet applies, and any undisclosed pets will incur a $500 USD fee. A complimentary 20-liter water jug is provided with each stay. For long stays, a new jug will be delivered weekly at no cost, and additional refills are available upon request. Please note, we do not issue invoices. In accordance with Airbnb’s payment policies and tax regulations, we provide receipts only, and only in the name of the guest who made the reservation on Airbnb. Receipts cannot be issued to third parties or companies, only in the name of the person who made the booking on the details of their platform guest profile. Guests may download Airbnb’s official payment receipt directly from their Airbnb account.
