The space This property has three floors, allowing all guests to have a great time together while giving more than enough space for comfort and privacy. This spacious house can host up to 12 guests comfortably with its four bedrooms featuring king, queen, and single beds that we have set up for you. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom too! Relax with your group in the massive living room, private patio, and our incredible terrace with a view of the luscious park outside. All bathrooms include: • Plenty of soaps, shampoos and conditioners • Have a hairdryer and hair straightener • Plenty of bath and hand towels Everything else: • Pack N' Play crib available upon request • Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation. Please note we do not have on-site parking though there is free parking around the park and a handful of parking lots nearby. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during the stay. HOLT’s housekeeping staff has access and will be on-site during day-time hours most days of the week to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. There are scheduled maintenance jobs our staff needs to do during the week. This means someone will go to the house to do work at a specific time and date. We will let you know in advance the time and date these services will happen. These services cannot be rescheduled or canceled as it is the required maintenance the house needs to be kept at the level you will receive it. If you want privacy, we can cancel the cleaning services only. You can send a message to our Guest Experience team to request this. Other things to note Hot tub rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the hot tub properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The hot tub rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present in the property. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. This is a pet friendly property. There is an additional 50 USD sanitation fee per pet, and also a 200 USD security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a 500 USD fee. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
