Guest access * The guest has private access to the bedroom during their stay. Other things to note *The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. *There are no televisions in the space. *Cartagena has a tropical climate. As a result, there is no hot water (very common for the entire city). * Only the persons registered can access the apartment ( There will be a fee of 25 usd per night , per additional guest ) * In case we need to mobilize someone to solve any issue caused by a guest negligence, there will be a fine of 25 usd.( for example, losing keys ) I have a camera in the hallway outside the property that is offered , it is on and recording for 24/7
