Rental unit in Fernie

Our lovely townhouse condo is set in a beautiful location on the edge of the Elk river. MTB and hiking trails nearby, fly fishing behind the condo. Ski bus in the winter stops outside (pre-book), 5 mins to the ski hill and downtown Fernie. A lovely, quiet location close to town and ski hill. Set over 3 floors, the condo would suit couples and families, sleeping up to 6 people comfortably, with 2 doubles and a room with 2 bunk beds. Outside deck area with mountain views, seats and a BBQ. The space Set over 3 floors, the main floor is the living room with a fireplace, sofa and armchair, open plan into the kitchen/dining space. At the back of the main floor is the bathroom. The stairs to the basement go to the 2nd common space area, with a comfy corner sofa which opens into a proper double bed. The room off of this area is the twin room with 2 bunk beds suitable for children or adults. At the back of the basement is the utility room with washer and dryer. The upper floor is a large vaulted ceiling room, with ski hill views out the front and a large queen bed with a walk in wardrobe. The front of the property includes a private deck area with chairs and a ski locker opposite the front door. There is a new BBQ fitted on the front deck, which is for guests to use and look after. Guest access Key code and key locked front door. Key locked ski locker. Guests have access to the entire home and patio and also to the Stanford Hotel just at the end of the complex where there is a restaurant and bar. Other things to note We will send a key code access to the front door. Please keep this safe for your duration of your stay.
