Absolute beachfront house for you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. With uninterrupted ocean views this is one of the best locations to whale watch because the reef is close to the shore. From June to October the majestic Humpback whales enter Cook Island territory for mating and birthing of their calves. They often come in to play near the reef, so you can be lucky and watch a great show from the house deck or the shoreline. The space Our modern home is absolute beach frontage and is fully equipped with everything you will need to have a fantastic holiday. Walk down to the coral beach and explore, collect shells, marvel at the beauty of the coral rocks, paddle or laze in a rock pool. Magical!! The house has a functional kitchen complete with washing machine and microwave. A BBQ is available for use on the deck for alfresco dining. If you want a lazy day or maybe it's raining, the TV has a built in DVD player and there are plenty of movies and music CD's for you to enjoy. All windows have insect screens and ceiling fans are in both the living room and the bedroom, but sitting on the deck with the sea breeze is perfect to cool you down; add a wine or beer, the fantastic ocean view and you have paradise! Walk across the lawn directly on to the beach to enjoy the stunning Pacific Ocean and its environment...lagoon, fish, water pools, coral shells and peace. Guest access The entire house and grounds are for your personal use and you have your own direct access to the beach via the winding path just off the front lawn. Drive on to the property off the main road and there is plenty of parking. Other things to note We adhere to "The Cook Island Promise".
