Guest access You have the full first level apartment to yourself. There are two front porches that are both yours to enjoy. One porch does have our front door attached so we will come and go from there. At this time the back yard is not included or accessible to the Airbnb. Other things to note One private off street parking spot is included in the rear of the property to be used exclusively by the Airbnb. Street parking directly in front of the house is for the residents however if you wish to park on the street, the other side of the street is always vacant and available. The only exception to street parking is snow days when the plows are running.
