Studio located on the ground floor of a villa, very close to Fundeni Hospital. We provide linen, pillows, duvet, towels, hair dryer, iron + ironing board, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, electric kettle, capsule espresso machine, washing machine. We do not accept: parties, smoking inside the building, animals. We provide parking only for cars at the property, subject to availability, with prior notice to the host! Maximum capacity 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. The space The extendable sofa offers a sleeping space of 190 cm x 140 cm, suitable for 2 children, or an adult up to 100 kg. Other things to note We provide a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius inside the rooms in summer, and a maximum temperature of 22 degrees Celsius in winter. To ensure an ambient temperature higher than 22 degrees in winter, or lower than 21 degrees in summer, additional fees will apply. Also, to keep the air conditioner on at night, when the temperatures naturally drop below 21 degrees Celsius, additional fees will apply. Communicate to the host your preferences regarding the ambient temperature, before check-in, to avoid the simultaneous start of the heating system and the air conditioning!
