I would be very happy to show you restaurants and cafes that are near the area! :D Other things to note (!) 🚗parking Parking in the building is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but the spots are narrow and in some other cases, the parking area might be closed . If you want to park please do contact me the day before so that i can secure your parking! :) ⚠Precautions This is a place where residents who relax after work live together. Please note that you may be forced to leave in case of complaints from residents due to loud noises and noise after 10pm ;( Please take off your shoes indoors! there is a designated cabinet for all your shoes to be stored. As much as we love to have your furry palls around, we strictly do not allow pets inside the building. Simple food can be cooked in the accommodation, but you can't cook smelly foods such as meat, fish, and Malatang. If anything in the house is damaged, missing, or stained, you may be charged an additional fee. we will report to the airbnb No smoking inside the building. You can go outside the building to smoke! 1st floor smoking area is ready for you guy's (300,000 KRW will be charged if caught smoking.) You cannot enter other than the reserved number of people. you will be charged an additional fee per person if caught. There are CCTV’s outside of the accommodation. - Be sure to store away used towels and beddings in laundry baskets provided to keep the space tidy and welcoming for the next guests. - Please double check the air conditioner, heater, and electricity when you leave. - Please separate the garbage used when checking out as general garbage, recycled garbage, and food waste and dispose of it at the entrance on the first floor.
