Villa Blanca is a beautifully restored, six unit, vacation rental apartment complex in a safe, tranquil, garden like setting steps to the beach and boardwalk. In November 2025 we finished a refresh with new paint, furniture and flooring. All of our apartments are named after world famous beaches. Our Malibu apartment is bright and sunny with garden views. You can hear the waves and smell the surf! This spacious, first floor apartment is charming with bright . The large galley kitchen is fully equipped for making a gourmet meal or simply packing a picnic lunch for the beach. The grounds of the building contain a barbeque area, outdoor shower, beach toys and boogie boards and bike racks. This upscale family friendly neighborhood is a minute walk to every restaurant cuisine you could imagine plus shopping, grocery stores, bars and all the board walk activities. Freeway access is near by and there is a local bus stop at the corner of Misson Blvd.
