The space Sunlight filters through the trees throughout the day, casting shifting patterns across the home’s classic Sea Ranch architecture. Inside, an open floor plan connects the living and kitchen areas, leading effortlessly to a beautiful white cedar deck. Here, a modern hot tub invites you to unwind beneath the open sky, immersed in the stillness of nature. The house sits on a beautiful sunny meadow right next to the golf course providing tranquil views of the natural environment from every window. Commons on the south side of the property provides extra privacy. The home features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs, the master suite feels like a treetop sanctuary, complete with an ensuite bathroom and an attached office - ideal for remote work or quiet reflection with a view. Guest access - Owl house is on the east and north of TSR; not as windy as west side and quick/easy access to downtown Gualala. - Guests have access to the entire house except garage and some private storage spaces. - Guests have access to over 40 miles of private hiking trails, secluded beaches, library and all three recreational centers that offers swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, saunas. Other things to note The Sonoma coast here is wild and rural. The property is often visited by wildlife. As the house sits in the forest, there are bugs and insects around. Utilities including internet, PG&E electricity and cell phone services are prone to disruption. We do have a strong Fiber-optic wifi connection for streaming and remote work, but it could be disrupted unexpectedly. - Please read and confirm 'House Rules' before booking. - One dog per stay. Pet fee, $70 / stay. No Cats. - EV Charger Usage: A $50 flat fee applies for using the EV charger during your stay. - Bring your own charging cable if driving an EV as we only provide an EV outlet. (NEMA 14-50 socket. Check the last photo.). Guests should charge EV during off-peak hours (11PM-7AM). - TSR is a quiet community - most of our neighbors are full-time residents. Please stay quite while outdoors. - TSR has a minimal light pollution policy. Please only use the lights you need outside at night.
