Kingston Waterfront Retreat

Welcome to our family's waterfront retreat! We’re excited to share this special place with you! Our home has plenty of space for everyone with 4 bedrooms and enough beds for 12 guests. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, dedicated office space, sunroom, and air conditioning. The primary suite features a private patio with sweeping Puget Sound views. Outside, unwind by the fire pit, shoot hoops on the basketball court, and park a few cars. All of our amenities will make you feel right at home! The space On the main level of the home, you'll enjoy a generous living/dining/kitchen area with games and a TV, a beautiful sunroom with waterfront views, an office with a queen bed, laundry area, half bathroom and spacious bedroom with 2 bunk beds. On the second level of the home, there are three bedrooms, including the primary. The two guest bedrooms have access to the full hallway bathroom. The primary bedroom features a large closet, gorgeous 5 piece bathroom and a private patio with views of the Puget Sound. Outside, enjoy the basketball court and gravel parking as you enter the property. Along the waterfront is our beautiful grass lawn with a large fire pit patio, perfect for entertainment in the evenings! Take the kayaks and life jackets out on the water, or watch the harbor seals come and go! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and for the duration of their stay. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a waterfront home and there is no fence between the property line and the beach. Small children should be supervised. This home also has two levels with stairs to the front porch and the second level. For accessibility, the downstairs bedroom can be accessed via the sliding glass doors or nearby laundry door which are both at ground level.
