The architecture of the villa merges traditional Mexican aesthetics with a Mediterranean lifestyle. The brightly multi-colored walls were inspired by the work of the Mexican artist Chucho Reyes, who borrows his palette from the colors of the local fauna & flora. The house opens seamlessly to the views and the lush tropical garden featuring agave, bougainvillea, and many more local plants. The “Palapa Principal” serves as the main entertainment space and is covered with a thatched roof, a local and time-honored tradition that is a striking feature of the house in juxtaposition to the unique tower. A crescent-shaped 85-foot lap pool is oriented to the Pacific and bridges all of the elements of the villa with the rest of the property and the ocean view. Hand-etched floors with stone-inlaid details along custom mosaics create a touch of whimsical symbolism. The five bedrooms can accommodate up to ten guests, perfect for groups of friends or couples seeking a private retreat. Three bedrooms feature king beds and two have double beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom suite is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure comfort even on the warmest nights. Guests of Casa Torre del Cielo enjoy access to the Playa Rosa Beach Club on Careyes Bay, a 10-minute walk from the villa. Savor a dinner of sashimi and ceviche with a view of the water or enjoy cocktails by the torch-lit beach. The villa is also a short drive from Pueblo Careyes and the Careyes Polo Club, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and adventure. Other things to note Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying compliant with short-term rental regulations. As part of our protection plan, included in your booking price, you will be required to complete an independent third-party verification through Truvi. Before your booking begins, you will be contacted via email and/or text to confirm your details and complete the verification process. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, FCM Homes Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment. HOUSE RULES: - The primary guest must sign the rental agreement provided with the reservation confirmation at least 24 hours before check-in. - Non-compliance with the rental agreement may result in additional charges, up to and including eviction with no refund. - The primary guest is required to be 25 years or older and remain on the property for the duration of the stay. - The primary guest is fully responsible for any damage to the property caused by their group. - A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests who are under the minimum age for the entire duration of their stay.. - Maximum number of guests [10]. - The property must not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Upon special authorization from the owner, one extra person might be allowed at an extra cost of USD 300-400 per night. - Check-in time is 3 PM, and Check-out time is noon unless previously arranged ( Flexible according to occupancy). Flights that arrive at Manzanillo Airport from Mexico City normally arrive at 10:30 am, and check-in needs to be around noon. - Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability, and additional fees will be incurred. - Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Allowed only with previous authorization. Maximum of 2 pets. - Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property and on its premises. - Parties or events are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing. This includes hosting non-guests or exceeding the designated occupancy. No parties over 15 persons unless pre-approved. - Music played at reasonable decibels must be turned off by midnight up to 2 am with prior approval. - No rented sound equipment without prior consent. - Firearms, fireworks, drones, sparklers, sky lanterns, and candles are not permitted anywhere on the property for safety reasons. - Proprietors are not liable for personal injuries or accidents during their stay on or off premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property unless approved by the owner for a separate fee. - If furniture is moved during your stay, it must be returned to its original location before departure. Additional charges may apply if this is not completed. - Art pieces are curated for viewing, not to be touched. - All trash must be disposed of in the designated bins. - Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property requires an unusually high level of cleaning due to excessive mess, damage, or neglect; extra charges may be added to cover the additional cleaning time and effort. - Staff hours: 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, additional hours are arranged for a fee. - Breaking, spilling, and staining should be reported to staff. - Suggested gratuity to staff is $ 35-50 per guest per day. Pool Rules: - Rinse off before entering the pool and/or hot tub. - No lifeguard is on duty; swimming is at your own risk. - Children under 17 must always be supervised by an adult in the pool area. - Glass items and food are prohibited in the pool or pool area. Additional fees will apply for any damage or cleanup caused. - Diving, jumping, and running in the pool area are prohibited. - Please do not put any extra bubbles or additives in the hot tub or pools. - Pool umbrellas must be closed when not in use to prevent damage from wind or storms.
