A bit more details about our space: Bedroom: Very comfortable queen-sized bed with 5 pillows and extra blankets. Kitchenette: There is a kitchenette with a fridge, stove, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Complimentary coffee & tea is included. Washroom: Beautiful compact three-piece washroom equipped with an exhaust fan. Towels, soap and washcloths are included to make you feel at home. Living Room: The living room has a coffee table, couches and blankets to make you feel at home. We offer you a 50 inch flat screen TV where you can access 100's of channels. Outdoors/Patio: Relax outside on our patio set and enjoy the quietness of our neighborhood. Security There is a security system with cameras at entrances of the property to provide safety for all of our guests. How to access your suite: You will be assigned a parking spot on the left side of the driveway, please use the side walkway to get to the back of the building for the entrance. Other things to note - Even though you have the entire unit to yourself, we request that our guests keep the noise to a minimum, especially between 11pm and 7am. - The upper unit is occupied and you may hear walking from time to time as the floorings are made of wood - so there maybe minimal noise. - Flexible check-in / check-out times. Garbage: Please dispose of your garbage, recycling and compost in the bins provided under the sink. If the bins get full during your stay we request you to please empty them in the appropriate bins under the stairs as you exit your space. There are garbage bags provided under the kitchen sink.
