Separated from the rest of the house by a locked door, no shared spaces. The self contained suite has a queen bed, 2 TVs, couch, desk, coffee station and microwave. Fully above ground - no basement here! There are no shared spaces and we will never enter the suite during your stay. As this suite is outside of Ottawa, there is no taxi service, uber service or public transit buses in this area. You need your own vehicle to stay here. We personally clean, maintain, and care for the suite to ensure it’s always sparkling, dust-free, and perfectly ready for your stay. From the fresh linens to every detail and amenity in the den and bathroom, we treat the suite like we would our own home—because your comfort and peace of mind are our top priority. Easy Access & Parking: Private main-level entrance just steps from your driveway parking spot-no stairs, no hauling luggage through hallways. Perfect for older guests or anyone who prefers convenience. Amenities: The suite is air-conditioned and has 2 TVs each with streaming services including Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and Crave/HBO. All included, no need to log in or subscribe. Bedroom Comfort: 40 inch TV. Plush queen bed, blackout curtains, BeautyRest Luxury mattress and BeautyRest pillows, extra thick duvet, and high-quality linens. Same quality we use in our own home. A large pedestal fan is provided for those who like a breeze and extra blankets and an electric blanket are provided for those that like it warmer. Guests rave about the comfort of the bed. Bathroom & Amenities: Bright, modern glass shower (no bathtub entry), large granite vanity, plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and toiletry basket for anything you may have forgotten. Lots of extra towels (and toilet paper! no rationing here!) Living Spaces: Den with large picture window, leather loveseat and armchair, workspace, and 55” smart TV. Fully stocked coffee station with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave, kettle, and bar fridge. Patio: Enjoy your morning coffee outdoors (May–Nov) on a stone patio with reclining chairs and cushions. Host Care & Personal Touch We are an adult household and have 2 senior dogs who never enter the guest suite. We personally maintain and care for the suite, ensuring everything is fresh, functional, and welcoming.
