Road trip Luxury Private Guest Suite off 416

Our super clean cozy private entrance guest suite just off the 416 in the quaint small town of Kemptville (20 min from Ottawa) can often host last minute bookings. The suite is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door and there are no shared spaces. The self contained suite has a queen-sized bed, 2 TVs, couch, chair, desk, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker. On the main level of a bungalow. Not in a basement! 10 foot ceilings, tons of light! Must have car, no uber, no transit. The space This private suite with private entrance features beautiful natural maple floors and 10 foot ceilings throughout. It is located in a beautiful, safe golf course community. The suite consists of a den, bedroom and bathroom. There is no kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a privacy lock, 5 foot glass shower and granite counters. The bedroom has a privacy lock, plush queen sized bed, blackout curtains, a 40" TV and a walk in closet complete with an iron, ironing board and steamer and iron combo. Get ready in style for 18 holes or a nearby wedding. The den features leather furniture, a desk area and a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and bar fridge as well as a 55' smart TV. We provide a variety of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Please note there is no access to the main part of the house and the kitchen. you have your private space and we have ours! There is a small patio for your exclusive use with chairs and a table. There are no rooms above or below the unit and all walls which adjoin our living spaces have had soundproofing insulation professionally installed. The door separating the main part of the house from the suite is solid core. This does not eliminate all noise but it is very quiet and private. Created to feel like a home away from home. Hosts are child-free and live on site and strive to provide a great guest experience. We live in the same house and are a family of 4 all of whom are adults. We have 2 dogs Henry and Poe, a small Maltese and a Labrador Retriever. You may hear the coming and goings of our family but we try to provide a peaceful space for guests. The suite is totally private and we will never enter during your stay. You must park on the street but there is plenty of free parking nearby on the street. If there is snow accumulation and cars cannot park on the street overnight due to snow clearing, we will make space in our driveway. Located 25 minutes from Ottawa. There is no public transit to Ottawa and no taxi or uber service here. It is only suitable for guests with their own vehicle. The home is located in the beautiful Golf resort community of Equinelle. It is close to the 416 and 25 minutes from Ottawa and an ideal stop for those on road trips who may want to visit a beautiful small Ontario community. There are numerous trails nearby including Ferguson Forest which has numerous hiking trails and a spot to launch a kayak or paddle board. There is a small pond across the street with a circular walking path. Please note, there are numerous golf course paths nearby but persons not actively playing golf are not permitted to walk on the golf paths at any time during golf season.
