The entire space is surrounded by multiple streams, a waterfall, and a number of acres to enjoy. Come and let your imagination roam—there’s no place quite like Hobbits Rest! Please do note that there are a couple of other homes on this property. One of them (Chateau de Prugna) is a fantastic lakeside home that may be rented as well and sleeps up to 9 people. When in town, the caretakers stay from time to time to work on landscaping, maintenance, and property oversight, but will always respect your space and privacy. Our pet-friendly policy means that you can bring your furry friend along for the adventure, with a $50.00 pet fee (maximum of 1 pet). Please note that failure to adhere to our house rules as they pertain to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. Sleeping Arrangements: The Hobbit House comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults with a cozy King bed.
