No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation. The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 nights minimum. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in. Smoking & Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited at all properties — no exceptions. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property. Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
