Spring Water Farm

Welcome to Spring Water Farm, a six-generation cattle farm in beautiful Woodson County Kansas. Located in the rolling countryside just outside of Yates Center, the farm offers a wonderful setting for all things outdoors. With it's peaceful and serene setting, the beauty of the great outdoors is ever-present. A long meandering driveway off the country road welcomes you to the quant farmhouse where you'll enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. The space Both Highway 54 and 75 are less than 5 minutes from the property, allowing for quick and easy access when you’re on the go. And with a number of the state’s great recreational lakes nearby, fun on the water is just a stone’s throw away. Combine that with the property’s long driveway and circle drive, your boat or trailer will also have plenty of room to stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. However, access to the garage is not permitted. Additionally, entry into the other buildings on the property is not allowed. Crossing any fences is also not permitted. Other things to note As we are a working cattle farm, necessary operations such as feeding may occur depending on the time of year. We will do this as quickly and discreetly as possible and it does not require entry into the house. Additionally, to ensure the safety of both you and the livestock please do not cross any fences, open any gates, or interact with the livestock.
