Come enjoy the newly renovated peaceful and centrally-located property in a quiet neighborhood near the beautiful south shore of Lake Bemidji. It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail for your relaxing pleasure. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the full kitchen or enjoy the grill in your own sanctuary. In the evening, you can relax by the bonfire in the back yard or watch a movie by the indoor fireplace. The space There’s plenty of room for parking, easy access to recharge your boat or other toys, and the property has a newly built privacy fence for the backyard. You may even see some unique birds in the bird house or occasionally a deer walking across the yard. Guest access Simple access with your own personal access code. Other things to note There are plenty of books, cards and games for all ages. There are extra pillows in the pull out sofa in the living room and extra blankets in the bedrooms and laundry room cupboards. Please be sure to register the number of guests and pets.
