The space The apartment is located on the second floor and half (third floor USA standard) ,with no elevator, of a quiet building surrounded by greenery and overlooks a large shared garden, which is ideal for relaxing outdoors or letting kids play safely. The apartment features an entrance, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix, a dining table, and chairs. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and juicer. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, making it comfortable even for longer stays. Guests can also enjoy air conditioning (in the living room and the double bedroom), heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi with fiber optic, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, bed linens, and towels.
