There are common areas that are shared: swimming pools, gym, patio, reception, etc. Parties or any noisy gathering are not allowed. We ask that you keep your volume low during your stay and remain silent after 10 pm. For those who DO NOT respect the use of the facilities in the common areas as well as the hours of silence, economic fines and even the cancellation of your reservation without the right to refund will put into effect. Tulum is growing by leaps and bounds! so it is normal to see constructions in the surroundings. Fortunately, there are not constructions adjoining us. Some streets are not yet paved around us, something that escapes from our hands. You will go through bumpy sections, but any car can do it. Water shortages and power outages are not uncommon in Tulum right now. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens but want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. There is not a elevator. It is necessary to climb stairs to reach the apartments. The cleaning fee that you paid is to clean the accommodation at your check out. In case you require cleaning(s) during your stay, those have an extra cost and are subject to availability. Make reasonable use of towels as we do not change towels daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. If the towels are stained, damaged or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement. The insects are also part of life, try to accept them. It is possible to find them inside the facilities (Perfectly normal with all the jungle around us). They are not synonymous with dirt, instead they are part of an ecosystem so please avoid mistreating or killing them and be aware that if you leave food exposed, they are curious and will try to approach it.
