Description

Ground floor apartment, well lit, with good ventilation and a beautiful view of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Cozy decor, with plants. Located in the bucolic neighborhood of Santa Tereza, on a quiet, safe street in the midst of nature, with lots of greenery and close to the Chácara do Céu and Parque das Ruínas museums, next to the Santa Tereza cable car station. A 5-minute walk from the neighborhood's shopping center, with easy access to the City Center and the neighborhoods of Glória and Catete. The space This apartment is the place I live in and I am happy to share it with sensitive and affectionate people. It is an old apartment, with large and comfortable rooms, of solid construction. It offers a winter garden, living and dining room, associated with a library with a wide collection of tablebooks in Portuguese and English in the areas of architecture, art and Brazilian, indigenous and African culture, as well as copies on self-knowledge, yoga and meditation. The kitchen is reminiscent of our grandmothers', with various utensils available and many Ayurvedic spices and teas. There is an attached open and airy service area for washing and drying clothes, with plants that form a mini garden. The bedroom has a double bed and space for clothes and personal items. In general, the decor is cozy, with oriental and Brazilian influences, full of details that make it even more special. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of a reserved and familiar building from the 1940s. Although it does not have common living and leisure areas, this is not a problem, as it is located in front of the gates of the Chácara do Céu Museum, freely accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with a beautiful garden with centuries-old trees and a stunning view of the city. Note: Unfortunately, since the COVID pandemic, the parks have been closed. Other things to note My preference is to host people who have an affinity for nature, and want tranquility, privacy and are cat friendly! I am offering the house where I live and where I have put a lot of loving energy and care. I am extremely connected to nature, I love plants and animals in general, I love hosting and traveling. I lived in France, and studied in the USA, I have a background in History and clothing design, my library is made up of books carefully chosen over the years. If you were attracted by the special energy of this house, you are welcome! If you need a date that is blocked, don't hesitate to contact me, I can often be flexible.
