We love spending time here and are excited to share it with you! It’s a wonderful place to get away with friends and family and create lasting memories. Use our kayaks, fish off the dock in one of the most popular fishing areas on the lake, play a game of ping pong or get in a good workout with the Tonal fitness system in our game room, play board games or just relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and Mt. Konocti. The Living Room, Master Bedroom and Dining room all have large windows to allow plenty of light and beautiful views. Relax out on the deck with a glass of wine or make some smores with the family. It’s a special place for couples, families, fishermen or a ladies weekend away. We have updated our interior with freshly painted walls, brand new beds, mattresses and bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals including complimentary coffee and tea. We offer early check-in of 1:00 pm and late check out of 1:00 pm, so you have plenty of time in the sun from Day-1 and don't have to feel rushed on the day of your departure. This is typical for Clearlake. Water quality is generally much better in our area. Check-in with smart lock system with personal access code. WIFI included. Our house has super fast 1-gig internet and Eero Wi-Fi 6 routers, so we get strong, reliable Wi-Fi in every room. Smart TV’s throughout the home with Roku: We have included paid subscriptions to YouTube TV, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, and Spotify. No need for you to sign into your steaming services. Central Heating and AC in main house (AC portable unit in garage game room) Parking - There are 2 spaces on driveway and two in front of house The house is single story with 3 steps down in to the master bedroom. Please note that Clearlake has a lot of natural wildlife including deer, bald eagles, otters and bugs which are beyond the control of the host. In the spring and summer we occasionally have rice flies which are not attracted to humans and don’t bite or sting. They are harmless. They are very small and are attracted to light. They show up occasionally at certain times of the year for a few days and then die. For your safety and ours, we have 4 security cameras. They are located over the front garage facing towards the street, below the deck facing the lake and on both sides of the house. Cameras record audio and video if they detect motion. If interested in a guided fishing experience, please contact owner for a reference. Guides can arrange to pick you up at the dock of this house depending upon trip details. This house is located in Pirates Cove and is a popular destination of fishing guides, who can easily locate the property from the water because of the observatory dome. Guests have access to the entire home except the locked cabinets in the hallway, as this is where we keep our supplies. Access to the observatory dome over the Dining Room is off limits to guests due to liability concerns of accessing the space and that using the telescope, the mount, and software requires training and expertise and improper use could damage expensive equipment. Still, the dome is a prominent landmark that can help you and others locate the property while on the water. No garage parking as garage is converted to Game Room. I personally manage all bookings and am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the property. Each guest is provided a unique access code to the house for safety and there is no need to meet in person for keys. You can text anytime for help or questions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and yard, including pier, dock, kayaks, and water access, except for the observatory dome and the locked cabinets in the hallway and Gym/Gameroom. Other things to note High chair and pack and play are stored in the bedroom closet
