We are 12 minutes to Ashland Plaza, Lithia Park and OSF, 5 minutes to downtown Talent, close to many Rogue Valley wineries and bike trails. House sleeps 8 with two full baths. Pets welcome. Other things to note We are across the street from The Cedarwood Barn, a small music venue that occasionally hosts concerts. Shows usually end by 10-10:15. We encourage guests who are sensitive to noise to check out their schedule online.
