Beautiful Creole villa with pool

Our villa is located in Lamentin, a municipality in the center of Martinique. It is therefore the perfect base for visiting the island; both in the south (beautiful beaches) and in the north (nature and hiking). An 8 m × 4.5 m swimming pool was built in September 2019. A small carbet with an outdoor bed of 180 × 200 will allow you to rest during the day. For professionals and connection addicts, the house is fiber optic with ultra high speed (about 2 Gbps per cable). The space The first pretty beaches in the south are about a 15-20 minute drive from the house. The natural and wild beaches of the Caravelle peninsula are even closer... The villa is in a very quiet residential area, close to the city center, while being in the countryside. Services (shops, restaurants...) are 5 minutes away by car. The villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the middle of a fenced garden of 2600 m2, planted with tropical fruit trees. The kitchen with central island opens onto a very large, well-ventilated living room. The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms that each contain a bed for two people. The master bedroom overlooks the garden through a large French window. A bathroom and a shower room (with walk-in shower), each equipped with a toilet, complete the rooms of the house. Finally, two large terraces will allow you to rest, dine or have barbecues at noon or in the evening. The pool and the small carbet with its outdoor bed will provide you with additional relaxation. The villa has all the comforts necessary for a successful vacation (satellite TV, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, game console...). Rental for a longer period is also possible, the rate being reduced from three weeks of rental. Other things to note The villa can only be rented for a minimum of 7 nights. A company is responsible for the maintenance of the pool and comes once a week to clean it. A gardener comes by to do the lawn and garden maintenance every two weeks. Parties are forbidden within the villa. Very quiet neighborhood and wants to stay that way.
