Our house with 4 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms is at the elegant 19th century building in Balat district, renovated and decorated in 2024, can accommodate up-to 15 person in comfort. Literally steps away to many spots, such as historical peninsula, Galata Tower, Metro, Tram and even Ferries. We designed this apartment for families and family gatherings who prefer a peaceful stay in a central location. Baby cot & high chair can be provided. The space Our detached five-story building is located in Balat, one of Istanbul's oldest and most central neighborhoods. The basement level features a double bed, a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, and a fully equipped bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find a thoughtfully designed kitchen suitable for cooking and a dining area. The first floor includes a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a bathroom, and a cozy reading nook. The second floor houses two double bedrooms and a bathroom, along with a balcony for added convenience. The top floor boasts a spacious living room, a TV area, and a restroom. The sofas on the top floor can be converted into double beds, allowing accommodation for up to 15 guests in the building. Guest access The building has a private entrance. You will not share the building with any other people. You will have the entire building to yourself. Other things to note - Airport transfers are available at an additional cost. - Please be respectful of neighbors. - Lost keys, or keys forgotten inside the apartment, incur a surcharge of 30 EUR. - Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request. - The basement floor has a separate entrance and is not accessible from inside the building. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on this level. The key required to access the basement is provided in the locked key box. PLEASE NOTE: According to Law No. 1774 of the Republic of Türkiye, ALL guests must present a valid ID (i.e., passport) to check-in. By booking our Airbnb, you agree to the above and failure to do so would result in not receiving check-in instructions. -Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home.
